Role Overview

Their private client department in Kent is expanding, and they are seeking a solicitor with experience working in a busy private client department in a large regional or well-known firm to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Head of Private Client
  • Advise on complex inheritance tax issues
  • Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Manage estate administration
  • Handle applications to the court of protection
Requirements
  • A self-starter with the ability to work under their own initiative
  • Commercially astute with demonstrable business development skills
  • Excellent technical ability
  • Experience in a similar role within a large regional or well-known firm
  • Strong IT and document management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
