Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics and Power Platform expert to join our team at 83zero. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Cloud Services and 3rd-party technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to provide technical expertise and participate in pre-sales client meetings.
  • Lead or support requirement-gathering workshops, aligning client needs with Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Manage project builds, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Design and implement workflows, automations, chatbots, and AI solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Share technical knowledge with the Client Success team.
  • Stay current with Dynamics and Power Platform updates and maintain relevant Microsoft certifications.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Full understanding of Power Platform & D365 Suites.
  • Experience developing complex apps and custom pages.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and 3rd-party integrations.
  • PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification is required.
  • Power Platform Developer certifications and hands-on experience with Dynamics and Power Platform tools.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications, licensing, and data security models.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver complex solutions.
