Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

A dynamic regional company is seeking a reliable and skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team. As a Mobile Working Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and customers across the south of England.

The company is an expanding construction and maintenance company specialising in providing professional and high-quality construction, refurbishment, building maintenance and facilities management services. They take pride in everything they do, and expect all employees to present a professional appearance, keep their vehicle clean and tidy, and maintain a safe and well-organised work area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and sign off electrical certification using the NICEIC certification program
  • Ensure all electrical work is carried out to the latest IEE wiring regulations and associated British Standards
  • Electrical test and inspection, reactive repairs and fault finding, full electrical rewiring, electrical installation to kitchens and bathrooms, electrical installation of commercial heating systems
  • Ensure all electrical certification is completed as required at the end of each job and sent to the NICEIC electrical certification program
  • Diagnose and rectify faults within core field of expertise
  • Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service
  • Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent
  • C&G 2391 or equivalent in Inspecting and Testing
  • 18th edition
  • CSCS card would be an advantage
  • AM2 qualifications
  • Full current driving license
  • Over 3 years trade experience in the building maintenance industry
  • Ideally 2 years with supervisory experience of some degree

As a Mobile Working Electrical Supervisor, you will be issued your own company vehicle and fuel card, and will have access to a tool loan for all trade staff. You will also be part of an on-call rota and will be required to respond to emergency situations.
