Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's team in the Chelmsford area. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for processing new business applications, assisting with suitability reports, and supporting the Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications and ensure timely completion
  • Assist with suitability reports and provide accurate information
  • Book client reviews and maintain a schedule
  • Support the Advisors with administrative tasks
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a finance advice practice
  • Understanding of financial processes and procedures
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in software applications
