Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's team in the Chelmsford area. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for processing new business applications, assisting with suitability reports, and supporting the Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business applications and ensure timely completion
- Assist with suitability reports and provide accurate information
- Book client reviews and maintain a schedule
- Support the Advisors with administrative tasks
- Deal with incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Experience working in a finance advice practice
- Understanding of financial processes and procedures
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in software applications
