The H.R. Owen group seeks a highly skilled Diagnostic Expert to join their team at Specialist Cars Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and be able to accurately diagnose complex issues with luxury vehicles. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with colleagues and customers, while delivering the highest levels of customer service and contributing to the commercial success of the business.
Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician in a Main Dealership for a Luxury Vehicle Brand is essential. The successful candidate will also possess a basic knowledge of luxury brands, be able to recognize excellence, and be confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
This role offers the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge to the highest level, with regular training activities and support from the Owen Specialist Cars team.
