Accounts Trainee Opportunity

ProTalent Limited is working with an independent boutique accountancy practice in Cambridge to recruit an Accounts Trainee.

Accounts Trainee Role
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Using accounting software to provide accurate financial reporting for managers, partners, and clients.
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and ensuring data security at all times.
  • Preparing financial accounts in accordance with FRS 102 1A and FRS 105, as well as sole trader accounts.
  • Preparing partnership accounts.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months' experience working in a UK accountancy practice.
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent.
  • AAT qualified or part qualified.
  • Medical practice experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new software packages.
  • A positive, confident, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines with high-quality output.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and being self-motivated.
  • CCH experience would be an advantage.
