We are seeking an experienced HGV technician to join our client's team, a leading player in the environmental and waste management services sector.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HGVs, preferably in a similar role, and possess strong mechanical skills.

A competitive salary of £47,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus overtime, is on offer. This represents a significant earning potential for the right candidate.

The role involves working on a 4-on-4-off schedule, with opportunities for overtime. This provides a great work-life balance and allows individuals to maximise their earnings.

The successful candidate will be based in Wrexham, with commutable locations including Mold, Chester, Whitchurch, Oswestry, Nantwich, Crewe, or surrounding areas.

This opportunity offers long-term job security, as part of a well-established company with over 50 years' experience in the industry.

We are looking for a skilled HGV mechanic who can work effectively in a team environment and take pride in their work.

The following qualifications and skills are required:

  • HGV / REME / Mechanical background or qualifications
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to diagnose issues
