Scrum Master Specialist

We are a forward-thinking company in the sporting industry, and we're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive cultural change and champion the value of technology in achieving business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our systems are designed to enhance the grant application process, delivering an exceptional user experience for both applicants and team members. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed agile principles and ensure the successful delivery of key projects.

This is a permanent position based in Wembley, London, offering a competitive salary of £75,000 per annum. If you have strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power BI, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Optimising Scrum practices and driving Agile adoption
• Managing workflows and collaboration using Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence
• Delivering projects using Agile methodologies and working cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
