At UPS Limited, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of vehicles.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and HGVs.
  • Carrying out diagnostic tests to identify and repair faults.
  • Working with a team to achieve reliability and maintenance targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our drivers and other stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary, plus shift premiums and location allowance. You will also receive a signing-on bonus of £1,000, paid in two instalments. In addition, you will have access to a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, life assurance, and generous tool allowance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Mechanics.
  • Initiative, planning skills, and a flexible, enthusiastic approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A C1, 7.5 tonne licence would be an advantage, though is not essential.
