- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
- Mentor and coach sales professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs effectively
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth and improve team performance. A strong understanding of solution selling and account management principles is essential, as well as experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
