Accreditation Manager

Membership Bespoke is seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our professional services team, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of membership and overseeing our accreditation and professional practice standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement accreditation strategies to promote the benefits of membership
- Manage and maintain our accreditation and professional practice standards and processes
- Collaborate with committees and working groups to drive standards and best practices
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop and maintain effective networks
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience with professional accreditation and standards development
- Proven ability to lead and drive team discussions, improve organisational processes and plans
- Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programmes
- UK Current Driving Licence
Desirable:
- Previous experience of working for a Chartered body
- Experience of managing complaints hearings in a professional body or similar organisation
- Experience of working with committees and volunteers
