We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Practice Learning Specialist. This role involves leading the development and implementation of quality assured practice placements for non-medical healthcare students undertaking educational training within the Leeds placement circuit.
About the Role- Lead at a local, regional and national level on quality assurance initiatives relating to practice learning.
- Liaise with and support nursing, midwife and AHP leads with quality assurance initiatives relating to practice learning.
- Review and further develop processes and systems that support quality practice learning across the healthcare community.
- Recognised healthcare professional qualification with NMC or HCPC
- Registration with NMC/HCPC
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Recognised qualification in Clinical Education (e.g.PG Certificate -working towards or equivalent experience)
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
