We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Barista. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing high-quality coffee, and promoting our brand values.

Salary Details

The starting salary for this role is estimated to be around £12.00-£13.00 per hour, depending on the location of the store.

About the Role
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to our customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop your knowledge of our products, including teas, frappes, and seasonal ranges
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Meet and greet customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
