Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Manager to join our team at Rivers Casino. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the Casino Cage operations, ensuring a positive guest experience, and promoting loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Cage Shift Managers and supervise Cage Supervisors and Representatives.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and cost effectiveness.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints through investigation, referral, and follow-up.
  • Communicate department goals, operations, and events to staff through meetings, emails, and reports.
  • Oversee staffing levels, review, and adjust to ensure coverage during weekends, special events, and promotions.
  • Make staffing recommendations and interview, hire, counsel, evaluate, and terminate Team Members.
  • Verify valid photo ID and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Monitor counter check functions, internal controls, and vendors.
  • Update central credit reports and ensure all paperwork is properly completed.
  • Collaborate with senior management on budgets, financial data, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure tight security and maintain key control, computerized credit system, and safekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) + years' experience in a Finance/Banking position.
  • Experience in a Casino environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain license as required by jurisdiction.

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including weekends, holidays, and special events/promotions.
