Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at Job&Talent. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Resource Planning & Training Manager, including data entry, report preparation, and trend analysis.
  • Coordinate and implement Performance Monitoring tools to ensure sustainability and compliance with Operational Management System requirements.
  • Contribute to the planning and resourcing of the correct skill base to meet operational requirements based on throughput volumes and productivity rates.
  • Support the Resource Planning & Training Manager with Control Room governance and compliance, ensuring accurate reporting to the operational leadership team.
Requirements
  • Sound education or equivalent in core subjects.
  • Strong administration skills and experience with data entry and manipulation.
  • High level of IT literacy, advanced skill level essential.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced numerical and analytic skills.
  • Ability to produce statistical data and analyze reports.
