About the Role

We are seeking an Art Technician who will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging art lessons, provide technical support to students and staff, and maintain and manage the art department's resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and organizing materials, equipment, and workspaces for art lessons, providing technical support to students and staff, maintaining and managing the art department's resources, and assisting with the display of artwork across the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Preparation: Prepare and organize materials, equipment, and workspaces for art lessons.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to students and staff, including guidance on art techniques and safe use of equipment.
  • Resource Management: Maintain and manage the art department's resources, ensuring everything is stocked and in good condition.
  • Artwork Display: Assist with the display of artwork across the school, celebrating student creativity.
  • Event Support: Contribute to extracurricular art activities and events, supporting the thriving creative community.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement. Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
