Teaching Assistant Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in Year 1 at a Primary School in North Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs and be able to work effectively in a team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience while making a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver lesson plans and activities
  • Support children with their phonics and numeracy skills
  • Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with children who have additional needs
  • Updated DBS on the update service

Benefits and Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per year (4.5 days a week). Aspire People offers a range of benefits including holiday pay, safeguarding training, and guidance through your assignments. Additionally, we offer a £100 joining bonus after you have worked 10 days and a £250 recommend a friend scheme once somebody you recommended has worked 20 days
