About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineering Manager to lead our iOS development team and drive the creation of innovative banking solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for iOS development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented iOS engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of our iOS Bank application, ensuring scalability, security, and delivery of an exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and backend engineering, to define and execute on the product roadmap.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
  • Continuously improve development processes and methodologies, advocating for automation, testing, and code quality.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of mobile payments innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role within an iOS development team.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C, with a deep understanding of the iOS ecosystem and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-quality iOS applications to market.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in iOS development and a commitment to continuous learning.
