Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Delta Fan & Thermal products in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the engineering team and factory to ensure timely launches and effective project management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving commercial and technical issues to closure.
  • Represent Delta Group and enforce cross-selling activities, promoting our innovative solutions.
  • Assist the Business Director in developing and nurturing new market strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Fan Motor and Cooling Solution industry, with a strong understanding of DC Fan, EC Fan, EMI, Heat Sinks, and Air Conditioner products.
  • Hands-on experience in ODM/OEM working in international companies, with a proven track record of building sales channels through local partners/agents.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional and intercultural organization.
  • Strong organization, planning, analytical, and presentation skills, with a self-initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
  • Result-driven and committed to delivering quality, with a strong ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Fluent in English, with other languages a plus.
