Network Open is seeking a Trainee Optical Assistant to join their team in Westbourne, Dorset. As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the team in a busy, well-established chain of practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers
- Assist with daily tasks and duties as required
- Develop skills in sales and customer service
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Be motivated and enthusiastic
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. One Saturday off per month or more. 9 to 5 (35 hours a week) with a 1 hour lunch break.
Salary and Benefits:
The initial salary will be minimum or living wage, with good bonus potential. For the right candidate, there is great scope for progression, especially on the management side, and you will be given full support to achieve this.
