About the Role

As a seasoned Electrical Team Leader at Liberty Speciality Steels, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team that focuses on planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and improvements of approximately 90 electric overhead travelling cranes (E.O.T. Cs) and other lifting equipment across our site.

Your team's primary objective is to enhance the performance and reliability of all cranes, ranging from 250Kg to 80 tonnes in capacity.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in carrying out PPM, repairs, and improvements on E.O.T. Cranes and other lifting equipment.
  • Focus on improving performance and reliability of cranes, ensuring they meet operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader who possesses:
