Key Responsibilities

This is a permanent role as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, leading DCC's engagement with Programmes, Projects and Service Providers on relevant testing matters.

  • Act as the primary point of contact with Programme Directors and Delivery Directors in relation to Quality Assurance activities, encompassing System Testing, BAT and OAT.
  • Direct the activities of Quality Assurance Resources in respect of the Quality Assurance activities for a specific project/programme.
  • Agree how the detailed testing will be undertaken, evidenced and reported by the Service Provider.
  • Evaluate extensive relevant testing experience and consider ISQTB certification an asset.
  • Ensure an in-depth understanding of testing standards and processes and their application to a service provider.
  • Analyse experience in the Smart Metering industry, ideally in a highly regulated environment.
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Team Lead. The successful candidate will lead DCC's engagement with Programmes, Projects and Service Providers on relevant testing matters.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Extensive relevant testing experience, preferably with ISQTB certification.
  • An in-depth understanding of testing standards and processes and their application to a service provider.
  • Experience in the Smart Metering industry, ideally in a highly regulated environment.
