Job Title: Consultant Obstetrician

Location: Princess Royal Maternity

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Consultant Obstetrician to join our established team at the Princess Royal Maternity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive service to the population of Glasgow, developing and supporting new initiatives in the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality obstetric care to patients
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to improve departmental performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Full GMC Registration
  • License to Practise
  • Eligibility for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register
  • Higher Specialist Training leading to CCT or within 6 months of confirmed entry
  • CESR (Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration) or equivalent training
