Festive Retail Sales Assistant

We're looking for a Festive Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience during the holiday season.

About the Role

As a Festive Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers
  • Assisting with the management of stock, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and promoting our products to customers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
