Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Spirit Halloween store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, controlling expenses, and ensuring exceptional guest services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and staffing
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage store expenses, including labor costs and inventory
- Ensure exceptional guest services, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
