About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at The Children's Society's Great Baddow shop. As a key member of our shop management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profits, while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our frontline work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Shop Manager in leading the shop team and driving sales and profits
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Work closely with staff and volunteers to achieve shop targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase shop revenue
  • Manage shop stock and inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock rotation
