Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced agents in all aspects of estate agency, including generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.
About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them find their dream home. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced agents in generating and booking valuations
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Agree sales and ensure a smooth transaction process
- Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised and numerate, and have a positive and resilient attitude. You will also need to be IT literate and have a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
