Wood is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to work on a contract basis in a hybrid role that is outside IR35 for LTD or PSC companies.

This role involves reviewing design packages for electrical systems and equipment, preparing project design basis documents, and producing technical reports and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project execution, knowledge of international electrical standards, and proficiency in software such as ETAP and Microsoft Office.

As a member of Wood's team, you will work on delivering solutions that transform the world, with a focus on facility integrity and HSE.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and will be familiar with NEC, IEEE/ANSI, IEC, and other international electrical standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and responding to technical and site queries, monitoring and reviewing contractor performance, and ensuring design work meets client standards and regulations.
