About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Property Litigation team in Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial property disputes and estate management issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our property litigators to advise on all aspects of commercial property disputes and estate management issues.
  • Support colleagues across the firm in their service lines, requiring input from property litigation.
  • Contribute to achieving the firm's budgets and objectives.
  • Supervise and assist more junior members of the team.
  • Participate in business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • A law degree or law conversion course.
  • Previous experience in a legal administration or paralegal role.
  • No prior experience of property litigation is required, although experience in property or litigation would be beneficial.
  • A desire to learn and develop legal skills in property litigation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to 'juggle' a busy and varied workload.
  • High standards of client service.
