Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute packaging and design solutions that meet brand and product strategy requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Design and develop print-ready production files using templates to maintain consistency across projects
  • Execute brand and product assets, including packaging designs, mockups, and templates
  • Organize and deploy assets to stakeholders, ensuring timely and precise delivery
  • Review files prior to release to ensure adherence to established standards
  • Interact with vendor art departments and printers to ensure high-quality output
  • Collaborate with design specialists, including industrial designers, illustrators, and photographers

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in packaging graphic design with emphasis on CPG
  • Expertise in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and color theory
  • High fluency in Adobe CS, including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Understanding of die line creation, layout, typography, color palettes, and processes
  • Knowledge of printing processes and technologies
  • Creative concept skills, category/product research, and brainstorming
  • Able to work with little supervision and on multiple projects simultaneously
