About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join our new Options Autism School - Claystone School in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to pupils with ASC and Complex Needs.

As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching, ensuring the delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil achievement and ability to develop. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative learning opportunities that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.

About the School

Our new Options Autism School - Claystone School will cater for 48 pupils aged 4-11 years old, providing a unique and tailored education that meets the needs of each individual. Our school is part of the Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of care and education services for individuals with autism and complex needs.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes life assurance, a pension scheme, and access to a wide range of health and wellbeing services. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our 4-Day Working Week trial, allowing you to work one day less a week (or equivalent).
