At Haven Holidays, we're seeking a highly skilled SIA Security Professional to join our team. As a Security Team Member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members.

As a Security Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the premises, conducting regular perimeter patrols, and completing safety and fire equipment checks to ensure a secure environment.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, managing and diffusing confrontations, and keeping detailed records of all incidents.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our team and guests, assisting with inquiries, checking guest passes, and supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks when required.

Experience and Qualifications
You may already have experience as a Door Supervisor or Security Officer within Retail, Hospitality or Leisure which is great. All we are looking for is:
- SIA license.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Committed and focused on delivering a professional service.
- The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations.
- Team player, who will be happy to support other departments.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive attitude to customer care.
