Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will work alongside experienced engineers on a daily basis, learning on the job as you work on customer sites, doing service and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

You will be required to work on-site, maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This will involve carrying out routine checks, identifying faults, and performing repairs. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with refrigeration and air conditioning systems, knowledge of health and safety procedures, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £30,000 per annum, plus benefits. These include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of level 5 (C) in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Experience working with refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that some experience within a construction-based role would be advantageous but is not essential.
