Maintenance Supervisor

At Omega Resource Group, we are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Burntwood. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a market-leading Tier 1 Automotive manufacturer.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional to lead our site services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining site machinery, managing a team of maintenance engineers, and ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Taking direction from the Site Services manager
• Directing and developing maintenance technicians
• Supporting other group leaders/department managers' needs
• Addressing concerns raised by work team members and providing feedback
• Escalating serious concerns on machines and equipment immediately to the operations manager
• Respecting company systems and procedures
• Respecting customer quality standards

This is a full-time position, and the salary is estimated at £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A technical qualification in maintenance
• Electrical and/or mechanical experience
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems
• Team leadership experience
• Strong organisational skills and a systems approach
