Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Edinburgh. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and promotions, and proactively offer recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Deliver prompt and efficient service of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, responding positively to all customer requests and feedback.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure customers have access to products at all times.
  • Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards and Rank Omni Channel/Digital offers during customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a hospitality role, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider business and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
