Veterinary Nurse Leadership Position in Small Animal Practice

Our esteemed veterinary practice in the small animal sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Nurse to take on the role of Head Veterinary Nurse. This exciting opportunity presents a chance to mentor and develop our nursing team, focusing on key areas such as anaesthesia, surgery, inpatient care, infection control, and nurse consultations.
About the RoleThis is a full-time or part-time position, typically 40 hours spread over 4 or 5 days, with no weekends or out-of-hours work. As a Head Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting with clinical coaching and training of student veterinary nurses, ensuring they receive top-notch guidance and support.
Requirements- Prior experience as a Veterinary Nurse or in a similar role.
- Ideal candidate will possess a clinical coaching qualification.
- A genuine passion for animal care.
