Compassionate Healthcare Assistant Job Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our care home team at CV-Library in Birmingham, West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants under the guidance of the Deputy General Manager.
- Contribute to the clinical team's efforts in medication management, resident assessments and care planning.
- Create a safe, supportive environment that honours the dignity and preferences of our residents.
About You:
- Hold NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Be a caring, empathetic individual who prioritises resident-centred care.
Our Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
