Working Hours and Salary:This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours over 4 days per week. There will be 1 Saturday morning involved every other week. The estimated salary for this position is up to £70,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
- Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
- Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
- Annual leave plus Bank Holidays
