Strategic Procurement Lead

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relations with existing and new suppliers to ensure MM Flowers remains competitive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to meet customer requirements.
- Negotiating prices and terms to ensure MM Flowers remains competitive.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Managing supplier performance and quality.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A full driving license and postgraduate qualification.
