  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on HR-related issues, such as talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of HR strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a HR Business Partner with a sound understanding of HR and People strategies, preferably gained within large matrix structures.
  • Ideal experience of Business Partnering a Head office function.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
