Recovery Services Leader

We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to lead our recovery services team and help individuals transform their lives. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective counseling and therapeutic skills to facilitate client growth, ensuring the provision of mental health services, and maintaining accurate records.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client needs and goals.
  2. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as mental health case management and crisis intervention.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
">Requirements
  • Meet the definition of a mental health professional as defined in Minnesota Statutes.
  • Supervision credential preferred.
  • Master's degree in a mental health related field.
  • Licensed within the State of Minnesota as a psychologist (LP), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), professional clinical counselor (LPCC), or independent clinical social worker (LICSW).
  • Free of chemical use problems for at least two years preceding hire.
  • 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health problems training within six months of hire.
  • Ability to provide individual and group counseling, including crisis intervention.
  • Licensed or exempt from licensure under Minnesota Statutes.
  • Ability to successfully complete MN Dept of Human Services background study and psychotherapist background check.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, plus a $5,000 stay-on bonus. Our benefits package includes medical, HSA, dental, vision, PTO, dependent care FSA, disability, life insurance, and a 403b retirement plan.
