About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Sky Watermark. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the organisation and management of the kitchen, as well as deputising in their absence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Food Provision - Produce seasonal, high-quality food in a contemporary style, in line with the CH&Co brand, while maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene, and health and safety.
  • Menu Development - Assist the Head Chef in developing and planning menus that meet client and customer expectations at the relevant CH&Co site.
  • Stock Management - Ensure that all necessary ingredients are available for menus and identify shortages, sourcing ingredients as required.
  • Communication - Communicate with relevant parties to plan menus and order ingredients.
  • Stock Ordering and Stocktaking - Undertake stock ordering and stocktaking as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance - Inform the Head Chef of any supplier quality issues.
