About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Biology Teacher to join our team at a prestigious secondary school in London. As a Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, promoting a love of learning and a deep understanding of Biology concepts.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes student well-being.
Requirements
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an overseas formal secondary school teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
  • Experience of teaching Biology to students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons that engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
