Job Summary:
- Ensure the campus environments are safe and secure, with a focus on managing Health and Safety compliance, First Aid, and Fire regulations.
- Support the campus estate strategy and coordinate space for college-wide events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide support and guidance to students and staff on Health and Safety matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Experience of working with young people/adults in an education or similar environment.
- Experience of managing challenging behaviors.
