As a Marine Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring efficient project delivery while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget, in line with industry standards.
• Defining project guidelines, allocating tasks, and overseeing the documentation of project progress and financial records.
• Serving as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely project updates, managing client expectations, and addressing any project-related issues.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and all company policies and practices.
• Overseeing resource acquisition, vendor negotiations, and evaluating project profitability to identify areas for improvement.
• Providing regular updates on project performance and revenue generation in meetings to highlight successes and address challenges.

Requirements:
• A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the Marine industry.
• Previous experience in a similar Project Management role.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Strong familiarity with maritime rules, regulations, best practices, and industry performance standards, including working with Class.
• Proven project management and supervision skills, with a keen ability to oversee multiple aspects of project delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen, organisational skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel as required to attend vessel surveys and oversee site work.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
