HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Johnsons 1871 Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide first-class support to our employees and management team.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing HR admin, recruitment, and payroll processes, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and conducting pre-employment checks. You will also be responsible for placing job adverts, organizing interviews, and ensuring a smooth induction process for new starters.
In addition, you will assist with the management of employee benefits, including maternity interviews and payroll reporting. You will also provide basic HR guidance and advice to employees and managers, escalating complex issues to the People Partner as needed.
Requirements- Confident and approachable with a passion for providing excellent HR service
- Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in HR, payroll, or recruitment
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
- Proficient in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with HR systems, ideally Cezanne
- Flexible and able to work as part of a team
