This role involves supporting a small team based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for completing day-to-day administrative tasks, including booking reactive repairs and maintenance jobs, assisting with renovation planning, raising orders, and managing quotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking reactive repair and general maintenance jobs

Requirements

We require someone with experience working within property or a genuine desire to learn and build a long-term career within Block/Property Management. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, along with excellent attention to detail, are essential. A Full UK driving licence is also required.
