You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and project team to update progress reports and ensure project alignment. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key to success in this fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading building services provider with a rich history spanning over four decades. Our comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical services cater to diverse sectors, including industrial, healthcare, data centres, and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will have an engineering or electrical trade background and thrive in a collaborative environment where they can play a key role in project progression. They will enjoy a blend of office and on-site work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project requirements, including technical submittals and managing compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and project team to update progress reports and ensure project alignment
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with building regulations, standards, and health & safety policies
  • Attend site meetings, managing RFIs, variations, and procurement support alongside the Quantity Surveyor
