The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping duties, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing the college's facilities, including overseeing maintenance and repairs, managing budgets, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resources
• Manage and oversee maintenance and repair tasks
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
• Monitor and control costs to ensure budgetary efficiency

The salary for this role is £12.52 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits including an enhanced holiday package and access to training and development programs.
