We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Evidence Strategist to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our real-world evidence generation strategies and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the consumer health, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, focusing on real-world evidence generation. A Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Epidemiology, Health Outcomes Research, or Biostatistics, is required.

This position involves developing and implementing a RWE strategy aligned with business goals, integrating RWE into clinical development planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and collaborate with external data sources, provide specialist RWE input to study design, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders effectively.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Categories, and Business Units, to ensure RWE strategy alignment and integration into all phases of product development.

A strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to RWE is essential for this role. You will also need to maintain a high level of competence in RWE clinical development strategy and have excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package (£80,000 - £110,000 per year) and a comprehensive benefits program.
